The Job Fair Management System is an internal platform designed to support annual recruitment events sponsored by Japanese companies targeting fresh graduates in Myanmar. It provides comprehensive functionalities such as applicant profile management, resume and education background filtering, participating company coordination, and test result entry and tracking—streamlining the end-to-end hiring process for both employers and candidates.
