The reward points system works by automatically reading POS receipts from the client’s existing system. Once a receipt file is detected, our system triggers the process to calculate reward points based on various rules—such as promotion periods, clearance item bonuses, and custom settings defined in the reward management platform. Points are then awarded to the customer and immediately reflected in their mobile app, where they can receive notifications, redeem gifts within the validity period, browse promotions, and search for nearby branches. Product information can be batch-uploaded and updated on a scheduled basis with minimal effort. Shops can also send push notifications to their customers either in real time or according to a predefined schedule.
The stamp application is designed for retail stores registered as merchants on the Stamppy platform. Each shop sets its own stamp rules, as there is no standard policy across all merchants. Stamps can be issued manually, and the system is designed to be user-friendly and reliable. Once a stamp card is completed, customers can redeem it for rewards offered by the respective store. It also includes a management dashboard where shop owners can view reward and redemption data, and export records as needed for tracking and analysis.
